All production work undertaken by Chicken Can't Fly (“CCF”, “the Studio”) is subject to a formal Production Agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement. No work will begin without a countersigned agreement and agreed payment schedule in place.

Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are defined within the Production Agreement. Any changes to scope after agreement must be requested in writing and are subject to a formal change order process, which may affect timeline and cost.

CCF retains the right to include completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless explicitly restricted by a signed confidentiality agreement. Client logos and names may be referenced in CCF marketing materials with prior written consent.

Final deliverables are released to the client upon receipt of final payment. Interim deliverables, previews, and work-in-progress materials remain the property of CCF until full payment has been received.

CCF is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from delays caused by client failure to provide timely feedback, materials, or approvals at agreed milestones.
